Hallo Sergej,
gibt es etwas neues zum Thema Optimierung existierender Bilder? Müsste noch nicht einmal eine “bulk”-Funktion sein. Wenn man einzelne Files die sich bereits in der Library befinden optimieren könnte, wäre das auch schon mal nicht schlecht. Smush-it reagiert aktuell zwar – aber komprimiert nicht mehr wirklich.

Svensame here – after compressing with smush-it, page speed still tells me the image could be compressed by another 50%. In the past smush-it compressed perfectly. Does anybody know what the issue is?

@justin – can you say when the next version will become available?
Or is there a workaround to fix that for the time being?

thanks a lot for your response. I am still a bit lost … I do not own a windows PC and I don´t know anything about Linux – shame on me …
To install it on the Server where my wordpress installation is running – do I need root for that?
