I called my host site because someone on studiopress suggested the host could walk me through a restore to a previous back-up.
When I called they wanted to do a **full restore** but I started to melt a wee bit. I told them what I thought the problem was, so they just went to my error log and fixed it.
Problem: A contraction in the text of my code. Silly apostrophe!
So, I’m up and running again. Huge sigh of relief!
Might want to call your hosting site and see if they can find the error for you … Tell them what you did last and they might be able to find it.

I’m having a similar problem! But I can’t even get to new posts. Everything I click gives me a white screen. Including going straight to my website (even on another computer).
I’m afraid to leave my editor page because the only way I can even get INTO my admin site is by using the back arrow. Not that that helps anything. :-0
