addendum…
in 3 tests, to 3 different email addresses, I received the auto respond email to 2 of them that were not part of the Living Blues domain. I did not receive the auto respond to my Living Blues email address. However, one of the two addresses to which I did receive the auto respond was a Godaddy-hosted domain. But, that has been inconsistent because a later test to that email was not received.
none of the tests were received at the email address to which the form was directed.
