and second issue, first of all remove the below code in the additional css filed
footer .footer-logo img { width: 210px; height: 70px; }and add the below CSS code in additional css filed (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> additional css filed)
.footer-logo img { max-width: 100% !important; }Save the code then check your website.
