They’re still not getting back to me and now I’ve read their Google reviews saying they’re a scam… I’m not confident they’re going to. Their phone number only goes to an automated message saying they can’t answer the phone and they aren’t replying to my ticket or emails.
When I log in to our account these are the only options I have (screenshot)
Can anyone please help me!? What should I do? Even if I start a whole new website how would I get our domain name off them

Thanks for your reply @stfrosty, I thought that might be the case. I’m awaiting a reply from the company hosting our site. They’ll be able to fix it… right?! :/
