One of the member offered the theme update for me after the double sidebar widget problem. I have installed it and double sidebar widget problem is fixed but responsiveness is gone. Any idea?

PLease open it once in mobile and u can see that the site is same as in PC and it’s not responsive ?
Any help is appreciated ?And the same problem here too. every sidebar widget apperas twice just after the update. here’s the order. 1,2,3, and again 1,2,3.
Please resolve this error soon.
