Looks like it’s a bug on Suki. We would take a look at it 🙂
You can find the option on the Page’s editor meta box, not from Customizer’s Page Settings.
Of course, you can use the Hide featured image option on the Page Settings > Content & Sidebar meta box.
v0.5.5 will have this fixed 🙂
