up to 20 times – what is the “web service” it refers to when it gets to 100% and then fails…?
I have tried it at least another 15 times and it still says an error each time?? any ideas for me to try to get it to complete properly? Where are the log files stored? are they useful for you to help debug the problem?

okay, I will try it a few more times, even if it freezes… hopefully eventually it will do all the images.. thanks
Thanks for that advice. I will ask our web master about it. Is there any other workaround – it looks like it should be working.. did it used to?
