  • Hi @rnuts,

I think I understand your question. Depending on the complexity of the automation needed, (specific emails per individual users on specific days with specific information) you may need to reach out to a developer. However, if you need simple automation, you may want to look into MailChimp’s automation functionality. Also, there are also many MailChimp plugins you can install for an easier workflow. Just a suggestion!

    Hi @thetoolman123,

Personally, I feel a push notification once a day is perfect. Any more than that and you may run the rest of overwhelming your users. However, you should consider asking your end-users directly what they prefer. As a suggestion, try adding a survey or poll to your website to capture data around your new initiative. Ask both how often and how they would like to receive the information. With the data you collect, you’ll have a better understanding of how to move forward.

    Hi @ns9790,

I’m not sure of an exact plugin similar to Sortly, however, as an alternative, you could consider using WooCommerce. You can install the free eCommerce plugin and setup a “store” like an online catalog (without shipping and pricing), using the software’s filter functionality to create categories, variations and attributes for your cookies. You can also add galleries for each cookie type as well. Just a suggestion!
