Having played some more with the slideshow I have found the problem. It looks like you can no longer use relative paths but must use http://www.domain.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/imagerotator.swf
So for me the slideshow issue if fixed, however any help on my other two issues would be much appreciated!
