NB: Before the file gave an error because the file you gave me was missing a piece of code at the bottom, you check about.

Now no 404, but show true.

I replaced the wp_subscribe_reloaded.php file you gave me and now the plugin no longer gives a 404 error.
I think we have solved it.

I checked again, I replaced the old version to new version files but 404 again.

BUT when I replaced this file showed this error
