Deep & Cedar – thanks…y’all are awesome! I didn’t design this blog, and I’m still pretty green at this stuff so I’m still trying to find my way around.

Cedar, I think I’ve taken care of the text widget as advised, but I definitely see your point on the overlapping elements. But I have no clue how to address those! What should I be looking for? Are those fixed in the CSS?

I’m also noticing that in Safari, I am not able to click on my top two sidebar items – in Firefox its fine. I’m thinking it has something to do with where the top two items (“home” & “portfolio”) are lined up. When the blue/red “logo” box was there before I removed the text widget, only the “home” button was inaccessible.

I thought I could easily fix these things on my own, but now I’m worried I may mess it all up.

    Thanks!
    Steph

Asked prematurely. Solved it. I think with the update some settings may have been changed? Not quite sure as this is all foreign to me, but all I had to do is click on “default theme layout” below the post (whereas I had never had to do that before).

    Thank you!

I’ve done a bit of it before with my blogger blog when I was designing it. With this, I’ve made a few simple changes to try and change the link situation, but nothing worked. Of course, I saved the code in text document just in case I messed it up horribly.
