Unfortunately i am using custom URL because mine provider it has problems with mod_rewrite..
I have resolved temporary the problem migrating to WP-download-monitor… 🙁

but i know that download-monitor do not count logged users hits; this problem has a different cause.
Same problem after upgrading to 2.2.3 … hits count do not work !
