Thank you for a quick response, much appreciated.

I am confused with what you are saying because I have not uploaded a .mtl file as your installation says it is optional, plus I haven’t been given one from the client, I just have the .obj file.

Adding 3d images to websites is a new thing for me so forgive me for not understanding fully.

Why would the .obj file be pointing to a .mtl file if the code I have used is

[vrm360 canvas_name=s1 model_url=https://dce.digitalrenovators.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/TORNADO-8-MKII-WITH-CAM-BIN-MAIN-ASSEMBLY-1.obj aspect_ratio=1.8 initial_offset=0.9]

and I have referenced the .obj file in your shortcode?

I have emailed the client to see if they have a .mtl file and not to put spaces in .obj and .mtl files for future reference once I have got this test page working.
