I fixed this with:
.elementor-lightbox .elementor-swiper-button-next, .elementor-lightbox .elementor-swiper-button-prev {
display: none !important;
}They still can swipe on this way.
I have the same issue but this code does not work.
.elementor-lightbox .elementor-swiper-button:focus {outline-width: 0px !important;
}It occurs only on mobile devices.
