I reinstalled the WordPress and still nothing, :/ i even tried another theme and still nothing!

I Deleted it from there but still nothing, i can’t access any of my pages i am still having the same problems :/

i only edited the footer in the index.php and the footer.php in my theme. and i changed it back and still nothing!

i am using the Source-theme by elegant themes. and i deactivated everything and went to see if it was gone nope still there.
