Any recoomendations for another host?
I am very new to WP, and only I am working on this – so it got created by default. Not sure why it got created – I followed all the standard steps to install and activate WP on Yahoo! Web Hosting.
Sorry – I should have mentioned that I have already gone through all the themes listed on the WP Codex and WP Themes sites.

The file was created with the ROOTDIR line – not sure what that is.
The file was also created with the two slashes //. Even after removing one slash, it doesn’t make a difference – I am still facing the same problem.
I followed the instructions on http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory, so my WP directory where all my files are is at startupsutra.com/b and my Blog URL is startupsutra.com
