Yup applied 12.9 and confirming itβs fixed!
Upgraded to version 12.9 and it works!
Yes and it works! π Hopefully it doesn’t break again! π₯΄
Iβd rather wait for a version release. When is that going to be available?
oh from Admin dashboard go to Add New plugin then Upload plugin. You can select your zip file from there. Once done, it will say plugin successfully downgraded.
No problem! Download from here under Previous versions: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/advanced/

That’s exactly what I did @btaler! I downloaded the zip file from that link I posted above and i went to plugins and added it. It will replace the old version – it will confirm it with a message that the plugin was ‘downgraded’.
Yes same question! Appreciate sooner rather than later. Downgrading is not good for security reasons. But subscription is critical to any website seeking potential customers or subscribers!
Yup it worked – no response from Jetpack.
Downgraded to 12.7.1 for now from here https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/advanced/ until they fix it!
Good idea @ashopov – I gave it a shot and had to downgrade to 12.7.1 for it to work. Hopefully they fix it soon

In reply to: Jetpack “Subscribe” widget is not workingI did a couple of times. I have one new website I launched last Monday and the one I’ve had up for 7 months, which never had a problem. Doesn’t work!
