ah ha! fixed. In the Misc bit (actually done on phpmyadmin) I changed the upload_url (to fit the site properly http://localhost/blogs/4341/uploads) and worked perfectly

Oh, Ive checked misc etc and its pointing at the one I have set, not the default

Ended up rebuilding the script – Fixed the problem (both scripts almost identical in the end apart from calling different img’s… so nothing major changed.)
