what i meant by closing conversation was like ending with a bye or something i don’t see that question there.

is there a way to know when a person interacts with chatbot?

how can we get stat information about the interaction from the chatbot.

Hi There thnk you all for your help.

it turns out it has to something with the woo commerce subscription plugin so ill be messaing them to figure out the issue. the reason why i say that is because when i launch a simple product the stripe payment fields work however when i do subscription it doesnt work.

Also maybe i used my paid subscription product on staging first and live after so something misconfigured in that,

hi @amiralifarooq i am actually testing a product via woocommerce so the product is

Can you see if on this product you are able to checkout

The website is working fine otherwise we have other products launched via pages and other stripe payments however this is the first woocommerce product which is not showing so can the issue be with woocommerce? i deactivated woocommerce other plugin to figure it out but not working.

ok i updated everything as per @ihereira message but its not showing up it was working until last week. and I dont remember adding a new plugin in my system from last week to this week.

It was working when i had Give stripe and Gravity form plugins and WordPress wasn’t updated. Not sure what could be a problem all of a sudden

hi saif,

Its still not working. Im not sure where you are looking. its still showing me a grey area with Sign up now but no credit card payment fields.

Other pages credit card fields are working but when i connect through woocommerce page its not.

Hi i didnt even do anything but when i returned to my laptop the credit card fields were there but then when i refreshed page it was gone. so Im not sure if it has something to do with any plugins?

thanks for getting very fast.

When i go to update the plugins it gives me this log message and the update is not there.

the button “update now ” is still there and the version of the plugin has not been updated.

What could the problem be then?

we have woocommerce subscription and we will not be prorating the settings. so if we buy this plugin will the customer get charged anything at the purchase time? Will this plugin integrate with woocommerce subscription?

We are looking for this :

Launch product Dec 20th

Start date Jan 24 (When the customer will get charged, the subscription begin

next payment renewal every 2nd of the following month,

Hi thanks for the answer. actually the suggested did not work as I had many edownloadable pages.
What i did was, I clicked “hide Button” and I copies the “purchase ID” and kept in the text of the download pages which displayed as a button under the image.
Hope that makes sense for whoever wants to know!
