To solve this issue, follow these steps:
– Shut down instant WP and your browser completely.
– Locate and open the following file with your preferred text editor: [yourInstantWPInstallDirectory]/iwpserver/pms_config.ini
– Scroll down to the [mySQL] section, change the port to 3306. And save the changes.
– Start instant WP
Use the login data provided by InstantWP in the DUPLICATOR installer page, the connection should work now. Follow the normal installation.
I solved this problem by unchecking the option “Prevent Linking in Heading Tags”.
Have the same Issue, but the author is simply not showing up here for support so I guess this plugin development is somewhat abandonned.
If it’s not much to ask, how did you solve it?
