Hi Senff,
Yes, that was it – I had it set as ‘Homepage’ so the layout from Storefront showing visual links to categories etc came up – when I changed to Standard then it shows the side menu, but all the storefront layout vanishes – but I have used the woocommerce widgets to kind of recreate it, it’s workable for now until I get time to study the layout more 🙂

I didnt set SKU for the products as it really doesnt mean anything to the way I use the store, but now I added and the ID error went away – thanks for the quick reply 🙂
