Exact file in WordPress root: footer.phpI originally attempted to edit it and it would not update so I deleted the file from the server and the footer remains. So it cannot be getting footer information from footer.php. Not sure where the footer is coming from.
If you have an iphone you can see the foot even now. http://www.dogsdeservebetter.org
