In reply to: [Constant Contact Widget] Is there a description shortcode?Hi kallym! There is no parameter for a description, you can simply add it within the custom post itself above the shortcode.

In reply to: [MembershipWorks - Membership, Events & Directory] MailChimp integrationHi musecology!
The integration with MailChimp only goes one way – from MemberFindMe to MailChimp. ie. MemberFindMe will add everyone in a folder to the MailChimp list, and if you enabled the sync option, remove them from the MailChimp list when they are removed from the folder.
At this time it is not possible to have 2-way synchronization between MailChimp to MemberFindMe. To have the list fully match the folder, you will need to import your MailChimp list into the folder first. Note that any records added to the MailChimp list manually, or through a different plugin, would not be synced to the folder as well.

In reply to: [Constant Contact Widget] Interest category does not existHi brightgirl! The ampersand is the most likely issue, special characters are problematic with this particular API. If possible if you can remove the ampersand from the list name in Constant Contact, that would be the easiest solution.

In reply to: [Constant Contact Widget] CC username/password not acceptedHi jb! The plugin will work with WP 4.4. Are you using a test/local server? Other than that we do not have any other ideas for the issue, the plugin is just faithfully reporting the error returned from the Constant Contact API…

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] …currently signed in as 56633e02ec5a49536a1f66a5.Hi krissynz! Just FYI, when using MemberFindMe, the username is set to the member’s unique account ID. This is required for sync the accounts to WordPress. However the “nickname”, “display_name” and “user_nicename” fields are all set to the member’s name. I do not know if WP Job Manager can be configured to use one of those fields instead of username.

In reply to: [Constant Contact Widget] CC username/password not acceptedHi ocaptain! There are no known bugs with the plugin at this time. If you are having username/password errors, please make sure the following:
1. You are using the username/password of the *primary* user (ie. the one used for signing up with Contact Contact).
2. Triple check the username/password you entered in the plugin settings.
3. After a certain number of attempts with an incorrect password, Constant Contact will lock the account and require verification to reactivate. So sign in to Constant Contact with the username/password and verify/reactivate the account as needed.
4. Try changing the Constant Contact password to use only letters and numbers.

Hi kevin.90! We do have customizable fields and templates for membership forms, directory profiles and forms/carts/donations, but not for events at this time. Thank you for the feedback, we will consider it for the future…
Hi kevin.90! It is not possible for you to customize the listings per your layout to allow your members to post events…
Hi kevin.90! The listings cannot be extended but you can create your own event registration page for each event where you can lay it out as you please:
1. Create the event in MemberFindMe.
2. Create a page in WordPress for that event and lay it out accordingly. Then embed the registration form for the event on that page using the shortcode, which you can obtain from the event’s dashboard by clicking on the embed/link button.
3. Enter the URL to that page under the event’s “Advanced” tab under the “Direct to external event page” setting.
