Ah, ok. That makes sense. I didn’t build the site so didn’t think to check the caching plugin settings.

My client has purchased this plugin and I have reviewed all the documentation and settings but can’t see anywhere that allows us to specific order cut offs as outlined in my original post. They are a hamper delivery business that operate 7 days a week but as their hampers included fresh pastries any weekend orders as well as Monday orders need to be in by 12pm Friday in order for the delivery to be fulfilled on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I have looked at the limits for the shipping days but this can’t do what we need unless I am missing something as it only counts as the limits for that day based on all days having the same minimum work days of 1 day.
Please confirm if I have missed something and this does in fact meet our needs? if not, are you able to recommend any other plugins or am I going to have to go down the path of custom code?

I will definitely take a look at the recommended plugin. I’ve also spoken to my client and the requirement to purchase multiple gifts to different recipients in one transaction has been removed which is great and should open up more options.

This issue is in no way resolved. It is was not possible for me to deactivate the theme and plugins on my clients sight right before Christmas. I have tried deactivating all plugins except Woocommerce and that did not resolve the issue. It will not be possible for me to deactivate Woocommerce currently, nor do I think it is a conflict with woocommerce as this issue occurs on site without woocommerce installed.
Very disappointed in the response to this issue by not even considering it could be an issue with SEO Yoast, but instead referring me to look at all other themes and plugins. The issue does not occur when SEO Yoast is inactive, so it is clearly the cause of the issue. I am now left with no choice but to find a different SEO plugin to use on all my clients websites. Creating hours of work, which I can’t bill for as my client trusted me to select the best plugin and I trusted your plugin to work as it should.
Yes am running WordPress 5.6, everything is up to date.

I have managed to add the SKU under the product name but can’t get it to centre align. Do you know what I need to add to the code snippet and where to align the text? would also like to reduce the size of the text if possible.

Do you know at all how to edit the page titles for category pages? I have just noticed that my Shop category pages are showing the category name but ‘Archive’ appears after this.
