I believe I’ve fixed both of the issues you mentioned. Could you please try it again when you have a moment and let me know if everything works as expected?
Just a quick note: for captcha to appear for logged-in users, you need to enable the related option in the settings.
Also, please don’t hesitate to share any feature suggestions for the plugin. My main goal is simply to make it as useful as possible for people 🙂

You’re absolutely right about the backend issue. The selected report reason was not visible in the reports screen in the previous version. This has been fixed in version 1.1.0, and the selected reason is now displayed properly. The update should be available very soon.
