Code: add_action(‘init’,array($this,’remove_add_to_cart_button’));We have altered our plugin code to include simple.php again to show the stock status, but we are not sure, if it affects other users of the both plugins.
Note: Yet to update in wordpress.org

Sure, there is a hook in your plugin which removes the add to cart section along with the stock status,
we are looking another solution without affecting your hook.
