Yet this option is unticked so is this ok or should I have to tick it?
I am aware of this caching option so please let me know the right settings…

If I use the sticky ad code above, if the size is not available, it still shows the blank white banner.
So how can I fix it?

Use silent device detection to insert only on the Desktop
