one of my workmates just helped me today : as you said, it was a problem with database. Mine was created but not initialized, but it was not clearly mentioned on the provider’s interface.
We finally could manage with it all, and now it works !

I’ve got the same problem with the login… Everything was installed ok, database and wordpress, but when I try to access login page, I’m back tp the wp-admin/install.php page, again and again…
