Clarification: I installed WP ‘successfully’ and got through the wp-admin/install.php screens, and on the 3rd one clicked on the link to wp-login.php which is the first time I got to the 403 error page. Subsequently, whenever I try http;//greenbrierherbalist.com/blog/wp-login.php, I get redirected to the 403 error message saying the website requires me to login. Per my browser address line, this 403 error page is being displayed from my wp-admin folder.

since I requested help , I downloaded a fresh copy of WP, and replaced the wp-login.php page. Problem still same.
