there is a link on mine too. on some styles there is a form, on others there isn’t. no idea what’s triggering it.
to remove the link I simply deleted the second line from contact-us-form/contact-us-form.php file which had their URL on it.
have the same problem here …
I’ve added the form to the side bar, but it is way too wide for it. Can’t figure out how to make it fit.
To make things even more weird, if I create a page and add contact-us-form to it, then the side bar form looks decent … any idea?
