OK.
I removed all plugins, re installed blocksy then selected the stater, it installed the other required plugins and the Modern Shop starter site is now looking fine.
I’ll have to see if I can track down the plugin that was causing the issue

I’ll try deactivating all the plugins except those required by blocksy and see if I can narrow it down. If that doesn’t work I’ll just wipe out everything and start again.
I doubt it’s the hosting service as I use hostinger business plan which is pretty popular.
I’ll let you know the outcome

I disabled the Litespeed plugin and it has made no difference. The images are still not showing on the site.
I even tried switching to a couple of the other starter themes before trying the Modern Shop theme again and they have the same issue No images
