I am using DIVI (which is pretty popular). I’ve tried with smooth scrolling enabled and not enabled and jump doesn’t work (in fact the link doesn’t work).
I guess the work around is to not use pagination

In reply to: Theme install errorRight… but it is there. In the HTML directory (both in the downloaded zip and the extracted zip that was uploaded during the Theme install).
I deleted the director and FTP’d all the extracted files but still no luck.
Any other suggestions?
