Hello @ultimatemembersupport, thanks for the reply. I have a plugin for updating my site (UpdraftPlus) and YoastSeo. I’ve already verified that there is no conflict between these plugins and Ultimate Members.
I want to add that I verified that there is no conflict with my plugins or my theme by following the procedure in this link: How to test conflict. I’m looking forward to your answer.
