You can refer a existing post in wysiwyg in text edit mode. You can use the exact html to create your csv post content. e.g. like

This may be conflict normally of a out dated plugin, you can deactivate plugin one by one to find which one. Hope this is solved as no reply so far. If any help needed update this thread with more details

In wordpress you can use custom fields (can be a plugin) to import your price and hrs etc. Please note that normally your theme should support or customized to show these custom fields in front end. You have to skip image handling option if this is not external or non media uploaded image. You can simply use img sourcei post content.

It looks like an odd issue. We have not faced issues in mapping section. Please check the below details in your CSV to fix the issue.
1) The uploaded CSV file should be formatted correctly with correct delimiter and escape delimiters.
2) CSV should be in UTF format.
3) Don’t leave the first column as empty in the CSV file.

This issue has been caused due to the wrong format of post date in your CSV. Kindly mention the post date as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format in your CSV. Hope this will fix your issue.
