We are extremely sorry for the issue occurred in the CSV Importer with the MAMP. We have identified an issue and fixed the same in the latest version which we updated today.

1. Deleting the existing wp-ultimate-csv-importer plugin from your wordpress plugin directory
2. Go to the page http://<your-domain-name>/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Install the latest version of wp-ultimate-csv-importer plugin. You can directly download from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-ultimate-csv-importer.3.9.2.zip
4. Go to the plugins page to activate http://<your-domain-name>/wp-admin/plugins.phpThats it.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your reply. We have fixed some of the script conflicts with few other most used plugins which might have caused you the problem.

There are two types of forms generated by our plugin.
1) The default form using our own CSS Styles
2) Third Party Forms like Contact 7 , Ninja Forms and Gravity.The default forms generated by our plugins can be cutomized to responsive flow. The third party forms responsive flow will be based on the support provided by them.

The current version of the plugin is tested upto WordPress 4.4.2 and I believe you have updated the same.

We have fixed the vulnerability issues in the latest version.
We are sorry for the server crash you faced when you deleted our plugin.
Greatly appreciate your time in coming back and giving us more details. We would like to explain you what we do during the delete and install of our plugin.
On Deletion:
We don’t do any handling on the delete of our plugin. To be precise, the delete is completely handled by the WordPress and is direct deletion of our plugin and its files. This is not only for us and for all the plugins. This is the reason why we are sure that we believe that we might not be the reason for the server crash.
On Install:
We do use the standard PDO::ATTR_DRIVER_NAME way for getting the DB Driver name and If this is not set, the plugin will not activate as the PDO is not giving use the DB Connector.
If the CPU shoot up or server crash would have happened during installation or during the import process, we may be one of the reasons.
Hope this helps you understand that the real problem is somewhere and not with the plugin. Given the fact that the problem is not in the plugin, the problem may re occur on some other plugin removal, But we wish it don’t re occur and you have a good time installing and uninstalling plugins.

We are sorry that we did not receive any request from you to our support for any request directly. From our logs, we see that you generated binaries for two domains and for a test domain before you cancelled the license. We presented the same to Paypal when we got the escalation of refund via Paypal.
As stated on our website, we support unlimited domain installs. But unfortunately our purchase flow is in such a way that you need to generate the binary for each site you want to use the product. We have fixed the binary generation for every site now and the recent binary download can be used in any site. Please download using your login and try again. Please write to our support in case of any further questions.
