PS I do not know code but I can follow instructions!
Go to http://www.submitcorner.com/Guide/Meta/robots.shtml. You want to put the meta tag <META name=”Robots” content=”index,nofollow”>. This will tell search engines to only index the front page and not any subsequent ones. Also, as suggested above, make a robots.txt file and upload it to your the root of your webpage.
