In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] Libsyn Embeded Player Not ShowingHey @alexhales1122,
To get the Libsyn embed imported, you have to add
?include-libsyn-metadata=trueto your feed URL, for example:https://feeds.libsyn.com/45546/rss/?include-libsyn-metadata=trueForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] embedded player not coming overI’m afraid Art19 isn’t supported at the moment.
There is no possible way for matching their embed code based on the feed data, so it can’t be imported automatically.Hey @monstertaco,
Thanks for using our plugin!
We don’t support post formats selection via the plugin directly. If you’re comfortable with adding custom code to your site – know that you can use some of the hooks registered via the plugin to manipulate the imported posts. We may include support for post formats in the future though.

In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] embedded player not coming overHey @destrecht !
Looking at the URL you’ve shared – seems like it’s a full embed player at the moment.
Note that not all hosting providers are supported, and you might be using one that isn’t (Art19)Hey again!
Just tried to run the import again on a fresh install – it did import all 337 episodes:Success! Imported 337 out of 337 episodes
I’d recommend to check the debug.log file as mentioned before.
Also – not sure which hosting you’re using but many issues can pop up if the server is under-provisioned.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] Episode images not associated with postHey @eastcoaststudio,
You could try increasing the server’s resources (memory/timeout limits etc) and see if that makes any difference. Also, you might try to deactivate and re-activate the importer plugin – that might help reset the scheduled tasks in case there’s an error there.
Hey @marcelbrown,
Thanks for using our plugin!
Just tested an import of your feed on a fresh install – it did import all 336 episodes without an issue. Not sure which episodes have failed on your side but 336/336 were import on my test.
Might be a server time out since the feed is quite large so I’d recommend checking your server’s debug.log file.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] Episode images not associated with postYeah when you only import one or a handful of episodes at a time, it might work a little better.
Some servers may stall when trying to import hundreds of images since the plugin needs to download all those images to your media folder.
Let me know once you hear back from your host!

In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] Episode images not associated with postInteresting, seems like the images are indeed failing.
There’s not a lot of context for the error besides the fact it has failed after 300 seconds.I’d recommend to look into this with your hosting provider – it’s possible that the server doesn’t handle the load of fetching/importing a large number of images.
Your server’s debug.log file might also help detecting the issue.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] Episode images not associated with postHi there,
Thanks for using our plugin!
Basically the images should definitely get associated with the posts, so maybe something timed out during the import process.Could you please have a look in the ‘Tools -> Scheduled Actions’ screen and see if there are any failed tasks?

In reply to: [Auto YouTube Importer] Featured images and descriptionHi Mette,
Sorry for the delayed reply – WP has prevented our main account from replying to support threads for some reason…
Are you still having an issue with the featured images?
If so – could you please have a look on the “Tools -> Scheduled Actions” screen and see if there are any failed jobs or errors there?
