I was finally able to resolve this by deactivating my plugins through my my phpMyAdmin or mysqul! Hooray!
I also am not able to access my login. When I put in my url it says:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_wphc() (previously declared in /home/slojoy/studentdevelopmentblog.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-hashcash/wp-hashcash.php:143) in /home/slojoy/studentdevelopmentblog.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-hashcash/wp-hashcash.php on line 143
I contacted my host and they deactivated my plugins and it is STILL not working. They recommended I contact WP, but there is not Support for WordPress apparently only forums. I cannot access my WP account at all!
