Hello!
I couldn’t find a resolution and a cause why this has happened…I have the same issue after updating WooCommerce to version Version 3.4.6.
WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway is to the latest version as well – Version 1.6.4…
In my WordPress Admin panel I have a yellow warning – WooCommerce Gateway PayPal Checkout requires WooCommerce to be activated.
Please, help!
