Thanks for responding. I spoke with support and got this resolved, it turns out I had the user roles set incorrectly. It needed to be set to “All”.

Like I mentioned in my post setting the height to 2000 works, however I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation to allow the height of the widget to change automatically depending on which stage of the booking process the client is on…

Update: I switched to WPForms because we did not want to miss messages. If anyone else is having issues I recommend this plugin.
