I suppose it happens after flcker has changed my safety level on “unsafe”.
In what case this problem happen with you?

Did you try enter “Flickr API Secret” and “Flickr API Key” after installation?

Ups…
I’ve just resolved this problem.
I removed this plugin from the site and installed it again.
And it works.
