You might not want to do that. Refreshing consumes resources at your server side and could slow down your average site performance. Furthermore, is your pinterest profile really going to be updated every hour with a new pin?
Unfortunately, the interval setting is hardcoded inside the plugin files. So unless you know coding and to fix php issues, I would advice sticking to it. If not, please feel free to modify pinterestbadgehelper.php file in the plugins folder of your wordpress installation directory.

Hi Nevosegal, the badge caches badge details and refreshes at regular intervals of 4 hours. If you want to force a refresh just add ?fullrefresh=true to a page url where your badge is getting displayed.

E.g. http://www.mysite.com/page1?fullrefresh=true

Fixed this. The update should kick in after a few hours. If you are restless, please visit your site URL appending “fullrefresh=true” at the end. E.g. http://www.mysite.com/?fullrefresh=true
