you must chmod your wp-content to 755 or 777
try (in ssh)
chmod wp-content 777 -R

if your xml file related to wordpress archive and you need to import them as post , you must use wordpress importer plugin
it’s look like the default theme is not found
sign in to admin area and select a theme
