Hi @carolm29,

Thanks for all the information I will try those activities and hopefully resolve this. It was working fine before we moved the site and the test cards and terminal all work fine.

I have spoken to Sabadell and they have confirmed the duplicate order ID’s.

I do note that there are a couple of templates for woocommerce in my theme that are out of date and so my first stop will be to sort those out incase that is the issue.

I presume there is no simple DB table field that holds the order reference that gets sent over which may be the issue ?
