I found out, maybe it will help others if I answer. Go to wp-config.php, and edit ‘define (‘WPLANG’,”);’ so it becomes ‘define (‘WPLANG’, ‘fr_FR’);’
A corresponding MO file for the chosen language must be installed to wp-content/languages. You can find that file by “googleing” it

I know some wordpress themes use rok box (such as rocketthemes for wordpress). However, I haven’t fond the way to make it work myself…
