Hi @hrrarya,
Thank you for the CSS you provided and for taking the time to investigate the issue.
You were correct that there is custom CSS on my site. That’s how I had previously managed to get the widget into a more usable layout while trying to resolve the spacing issue.
I’ve now added your CSS and incorporated it alongside my existing CSS, and it has significantly improved the layout on the WooCommerce shop page. The large spacing problem is now resolved and the widget displays much more as expected.
It’s not quite perfect yet as on mobile the widget doesn’t shrink fully and the right-hand side can get partially clipped, but it’s minor and not something I’m overly concerned about for now.
For the moment, the combination of your CSS fix and my existing CSS workaround is working well.
I also appreciate the note about the Trustpilot link behaviour. I look forward to the future update where the widget will automatically render the Trustpilot profile as a clickable link.
Thanks again for your help and for passing this to the development team.

Hi @hrrarya ,
Thank you for the quick reply, I appreciate this being passed to the development team.
Just to add one additional point that may be relevant:
Although I’ve entered my Trustpilot profile URL within the plugin settings, the
[reviewkit_tp_micro_combo]widget itself is not clickable on the front end.The Trustpilot link does not render as an anchor in the widget output, so I’ve had to manually wrap the shortcode in a custom
<a>link to make the widget clickable. Is this the expected behaviour for this shortcode, or should the Trustpilot URL automatically be rendered as a clickable link?
Thank you again for your help.

In reply to: [Complianz - Terms and Conditions] Custom Withdrawl Form PDF 404I also have this issue. I don’t use a custom form and ‘No’ is ticked. This is the default link – https://www.wellbeingbristol.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/complianz/withdrawal-forms/withdrawal-form-en.pdf
The php file exists – /wp-content/plugins/complianz-terms-conditions/templates/withdrawal-form.php/ and I have not edited it.
OK can you delete that post?
I have sent a message via your page
Thanks,
Gary
I have purchased your advanced shipping plugin so please could you send the custom condition to gary@wellbeingbristol.co.uk.
Thanks,
Gary
Thanks Jeroen.
What I really want is subtotal including discount so it doesn’t qualify for free postage.
£40 and over = free postage
£39.99 and under = paid postage£45 – 25% = £33.75 = Postage paid
