    Hi @satishraj19,

    Thanks for using the SK ePaper Manager plugin.

    The PDF upload issue is not related to the plugin. It usually happens due to server settings. Please check:
    1. Upload Limit – Go to Media → Add New and verify your maximum upload size (PDF or video both need higher limits).
    2. Allowed File Types – Ask your host to enable MIME types for application/pdf and video formats (mp4, mov, etc.).
    3. Folder Permissions – Ensure /wp-content/uploads/ has correct permissions (755 / 775).
    4. Plugin/Theme Conflict – Temporarily disable other plugins and try uploading again.

    If issues continue, please share:
    – Error message
    – File size (PDF)
    – Screenshot of Media Upload screen
