I am not sure if the theme is using meta boxes or not, I managed to have a workaround on the issue, I had to rename the plugins folder, create a new plugins folder then installed default plugins, removed that new plugins folder, and replaced it with the old plugins older, then all of sudden the website started loading again after activating all plugins one by one, I am not sure on what the cause of this was
