    Chad

As per your advice, I have now downloaded the latest version of the plugin and FTP’d over the existing files however this has done nothing except create a new WP-Members plugin (so now I have 2) in the WP plugins section. The original problem of having to enter the username and password for every page that is blocked still exists. I subsequently returned the original files and this now only shows as one plugin again – I didnt want any confusion.

Further more, to alleviate the problem until I can fix it, I thought I would unblock the blocked pages to allow people to login on the first page but then all pages underneath are available to all – not ideal but I was hoping this would be a workaround.

Sadly – the unblock page option is now not working either. I go to the page editor, tick the unblock page option and remove all ticks from the restrict content to roles area, save and access the page however instead of being able to view it, I get the ‘To view this page you need to sign in’ message.

Any ideas on this one as I am pulling my hair out and appear to be going round in circles.

    Thanks
    Mark.

    Thanks Chad.
I wasn’t entirely sure it would be the plugin either although I had to go down that path and ask as, if I login to the dashboard, WP maintains the login when navigating through the various WP areas (not the actual web pages but WP back end) so it appeared as if it could be the plugin.
I will try the FTP approach to see if that helps and will let you know.
    Cheers again.
